By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. **No Refunds** – All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be provided if the event is cancelled.

2. **Event Changes** – The promoter reserves the right to change the fight card, schedule, bout order, or event details without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

3. **Entry** – A valid ticket must be presented for entry. Tickets may be printed or presented electronically.

4. **Dress Code** – This is a smart semi-formal event. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not comply with the dress code.

5. **Behaviour** – Guests must behave responsibly at all times. Anyone who is intoxicated, disorderly, abusive, or poses a risk to others may be refused entry or removed from the venue without refund.

6. **Security** – All patrons may be subject to security screening, including bag inspections, upon entry.

7. **Photography & Filming** – By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, broadcast, and commercial purposes without compensation.

8. **Children** – Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise specified.

9. **Alcohol** – Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws apply. Alcohol will not be served to minors or intoxicated persons.

10. **Liability** – Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter and venue accept no responsibility for loss, theft, damage to personal property, or personal injury.

11. **Force Majeure** – The promoter is not responsible for delays, postponements, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control venue issues, or other unforeseen events.

12. **Venue Rules** – All patrons must comply with venue policies and directions from venue staff, security personnel, and event officials.

13. **Acceptance** – Purchase or use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.



Dress Code

To help create a great atmosphere on the night, we kindly ask all guests to dress in smart semi-formal attire.

Gentlemen: Collared shirt or polo, dress pants or chinos, and enclosed shoes (a blazer is optional).

Ladies: Dress, skirt, tailored pants, jumpsuit, or a smart blouse with appropriate footwear.

Please avoid sportswear, gym wear, singlets, thongs/flip-flops, hi-vis clothing, or excessively ripped clothing.
